  1. Install the app on your phone and sign in with your Bilterm account (email\/password, magic link, or Google \u2014 same account as the portal).<\/li>
  2. For fingerprint sign-in: go to Profile \u2192 Security \u2192 Biometric Authentication<\/strong> and click Register<\/strong>. Next time, your fingerprint opens the app.<\/li>
  3. Enable push notifications<\/strong> when prompted \u2014 that\u2019s how time-sensitive items (maintenance updates, messages) reach you.<\/li>
  4. The PWA keeps working offline<\/strong> for cached content; changes sync when you\u2019re back online.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    On the go, you can<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    • Check the dashboard KPIs: occupancy, outstanding debt, open maintenance.<\/li>
    • Read the rent ledger per building \u2014 billed, collected, outstanding.<\/li>
    • Follow maintenance requests with live status updates and photos.<\/li>
    • Reply in the unified inbox from the parking lot.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      • Also in Profile \u2192 Security<\/strong>: enable Two-Factor Authentication<\/strong> and use Change Password<\/strong> periodically. A phone with building data on it deserves both.<\/li>
      • Your Preferred Language<\/strong> (English, French, Romanian) follows you to every device you sign in from \u2014 set it once on the profile.<\/li>
