The tenant portal gives each tenant a simplified space of their own: their rent ledger and payment history, the documents you\u2019ve shared with them, and their signed lease. No password to forget \u2014 they sign in with a magic link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to Team<\/strong> and open the Tenants<\/strong> section. This is where tenant invitations live, separate from team member invitations.<\/li>
  2. Send an invitation to the tenant\u2019s email address. They receive a link that signs them in directly \u2014 no password to create or remember.<\/li>
  3. Each invitation shows its status. While it\u2019s pending you can Re-send<\/strong> it; if a tenant moves out or shouldn\u2019t have access, Revoke<\/strong> it. Access stops immediately.<\/li>
  4. Share documents with the tenant from Drive or the lease record \u2014 shared files appear in their portal automatically. The signed lease is the obvious first one.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    What the tenant sees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    • Their own rent ledger<\/strong>: charges, payments, and current balance for their lease.<\/li>
    • Payment history<\/strong> for the tenancy.<\/li>
    • Documents you shared<\/strong> with them, including the signed lease.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      • Invite tenants when the lease is signed, not months later \u2014 it cuts the \u201ccan you send me my lease again?\u201d emails to zero.<\/li>
      • A revoked invitation is not a deleted tenant. The tenant record, lease history, and ledger stay intact; only portal access is removed.<\/li>
